Teamwork in the Office at the Start of the War: The Experience That Shaped Our Business

Teamwork That Passed the Test of War

The start of the full-scale war changed everything — but it did not stop us. While the power kept going out and blackout schedules became part of daily planning, our team continued working from the office in a business center. That is exactly where the decisions that form the foundation of our company today were born.

Working Without Power — Working Without Excuses

Generators, power banks, flashlights, and coffee from thermoses became work tools just as essential as laptops. We learned to plan tasks around blackout schedules, sync the team offline, and keep momentum even on the hardest days. Deadlines were not postponed — they were met.

Strategic Sessions That Set the Direction

During this period, we held regular strategic sessions: revising goals, rebuilding funnels, and exploring new niches. Face-to-face communication in the office delivered what no online format can — speed of decision-making and genuine engagement from everyone.

Partnership Beyond a Single Industry

We actively built business processes together with partners from various sectors: from manufacturing and logistics to IT, e-commerce, and marketing. This exchange of experience accelerated our adaptation and revealed unexpected growth opportunities.
