Realisation of modern information and communication technologies and increase of documentary flows on the basis of technological breakthrough of the XXI century causes transformation of any information into electronic form. Modern portal management systems allow to realise projects of any complexity, in which convergence of different communication channels plays an important role.

The development of a certain strategy for the presentation and development of library portals in search engines, is the key to the success of library representation in the Internet environment, should be an important component of any policy or strategy for the development of the library in the interactive information environment. After all, the main purpose of publishing materials in information sources is to disseminate them to the target audience, make them easily searchable and popularise the content. Building communications with the development of information and communication technologies today has a complex structure, as search engines are an integral part of it.

In the XXI century such search engines as Google, Yandex, Yahoo, Bing, etc. have technological parameters for ranking websites and their information according to certain key queries of users. User queries on search networks have metrics that reflect the demand of readers when used by search engines. The communication between the user and the library's information representation is shown in Figure 1.

With such queries, the user of the search engine hopes for relevance to the query about the issue on the Google page. At the same time, the library institution hopes that the website with the prepared material will be seen by users who are interested in the information on the website. As a result, the user on Google spends a lot of time on the search process itself, and the library institution is unable to provide its product to the target audience.
